B side track "Grace" by The Time-who is the woman speaking with Morris in it? Anyone heard of "Grace", the B side track that goes along with "777-9311" by The Time? On wikipedia it says that the woman who interviews Morris Day in it is played by Vanity. I just heard the song recently on a site we all know and love  and the woman's voice did not sound like Vanity at all. In fact, it sounded like it was either Jill Jones or Susan.
Now in the extended version of "The Walk" by The Time, this same character (her name is Brigitte but Morris keeps calling her Grace) reappears to banter some more with Morris. In this song, the woman is clearly played by Vanity. Does anyone know more about this? thanks in advance | |
