P-Funk does Princes "Gett Off" as "Jack Off" I saw George Clinton and P-Funk at First Ave. last night and at one point one of the rappers started singing and I thought "Hmmm, this sounds really familiar" and then I realized he was singing "Gett Off" but changing the lyrics to "Jack Off" I wish I could remember all of it but the chorus was something like "Jack Off - Penthouse posters on the wall around my bed, Jack Off - I'll skip the sticky pages i already read..." and it went on and on and was delightfully filthy (I doubt today's Prince would aprove!) The rapper guy and George were doing the appropriate jacking off hand movements! It was a lot of fun as was the entire show! | |
