I have heard so many artist's albums throughout the years of working I at record shops. It gave me the opportunity to listen to entire discographies and find the faults, easily, as they registered by my amble brain. Meaning that taste is subjective.

But of the many artist's I have had the chance to scope out, not many artist's discography is interesting to me from debut to latest release. Not Prince, not Kate Bush, not Tori Amos, not The Beatles, not anyone.

Except Wendy & Lisa. Sure, they recorded songs I like a little less, but those songs fit in the scope of the album. They were, uptil ten years ago, album artists and I suppose their new album will be also.

I can't wait!

In the meantime, one of my playlists came up with Bring You Back, which is so beautiful and has one of the simplest vocal melodies, yet it works so well. I always get warm whenever I hear this song.

Wendy and Lisa totally awesome. I been a fan of theirs for nearly 20 years and still feel so excited like yesterday when I first discovered them by watching Purple Rain.
