Da Krash? What ever happened to that group that Jesse Johnson produced called "Da Krash"?

They made that song "Wasn't I good to you." Well I know DeeDee who was the guitarist in the band. He started a band called Dirty Diapers and his band and my band at the time did a few shows together. From that, he went on to play for a little while with Bootsy. He was the reason my band Amalgam got to open up for Bootsy at the House of Blues out here in So. Cal. He turned on Bootsy's manager to my band and he came to check us out. He dug it and asked us to open for Bootsy, which was cool. The band "Da Krash" turned into "Kool Skool" and then that was it. I liked Da' Krash's debut album though. It was bangin'. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

I really thought that Jesse Johnson hit pay dirt with this FUNKY band.....Wish they were still around, One of the BEST and most talented bands. | |
