Rosie Gaines on new Bootsy Collins Cd I read in the November Q mag that Rosie Gaines does a duet with Snoop Dog called Don't Let Them on Bootsy's new CD called Play With Bootsy. Has anyone heard this? They gave the CD 4 stars and recommended Rave Un2 for listening along the same vein.
On a totally different topic can any of you English folk clue me into what the movie The Wicker Man is all about? I've been reading great reviews for the soundtrack that's just been released but the movie's from the 70's and a cult classic? Never heard of it. Thanks.

The Wicker Man! Eeeek! It took me about 3 weeks just to get over that movie. Don't, -I repeat- Don't let anybody tell you about it if you're going to see it.
It is a cult classic, and it's like Alice In Wonderland, meets classic Star Trek, meets the worst 70's style nudity I have ever seen. Through the whole movie I was like "now why the hell is this movie called The Wicker Man?" Then I found out the hard way.

To awnser your first question. Rosie is indeed on the bootsy album with snoop dog and the song is realy great.
I think rossie does play the piano as well and the vocals are verry funky, sometimes snoop almost sounds like bootsy !! On the whole the album is worth the purchase !! Futuristic Fantasy
