Is that Prince (singing in background) on Byonce Commercial?

There is a commercial on TV on the east coast featuring Byonce selling some cosmetic, lipstick I think. There is a tune playing in the background that sounds an awful lot like my man. Could that be him? I can't make out the lyrics, but the melody and falsetto voice sound so, so familiar. Anybody else heard this similarity?
