VANITY 6 is on Soul Train! they just did Nasty Girl then they're performing again! Vanity looks gorgeous as usual with a super skin tight black tube dress and black heels on. They did a little interview after Nasty Girl and she thanked the audience for being there and she mentioned that the Time helped with their album and she said they are going on tour with Prince and the time from November to April at that time. i'm not trying to be rude or anything if anyone here is a die hard vanity fan, but i'm watching her video block right now on V-H-1 and her vocals really suck! it's like torture listening to some of it! i'm forcing myself to watch it, because she's prince related....hehehe i think vanity 6 was the first pussy cat dolls...hehehe...although pussycat dolls sound waaaaay better!  | |

I personally like Vanity 6.. they definitely wouldn't fly nowadays but they were more than appropriate for that time. I'm 24yrs old and a huge follower of the music I was born into. My mom birthed me, slapped a diaper on me and handed me a Prince album as a child lol. But the fact of the matter is, Britney Spears can't sing.. yet she was embraced. Only thing I would have changed about Vanity was her singing in a falsetto lol, she should have played it safe and brought it down a few octaves. Anyway.. Susan Moonsie was my favorite of them all, especially on Drive Me Wild!! 5 Stars lol | |
