Vanity in some ad in '87:
Here are some pics of Vanity with other peeps: 1. Vanity + Prince at some music awards show? Gotta be fall '82 or winter '83... Vanity + Billy Idol When did these 2 date?? Vanity + Apollonia-when was this? I didn't think they were friends?? Vanity + Apollonia + Brenda I didn't know Vanity spoke to these girls after leaving Prince?? This must be '84?? Vanity singing to some fan at a show: Vanity + that same fan who must have followed her out to her car after the show LOL Vanity + Billy Dee Williams from their film Deadly Illusion Vanity + her co-stars in Action Jackson: Carl Weathers, Craig T. Nelson, and a then relatively new Sharon Stone Vanity + Carl Weathers Vanity + Michael Bolton I think they dated in early '90s?? I don't even remember where or how I found them. I was really surprised to see her with Apollonia and Brenda, especially since Vanity left on such bad terms with the Prince camp (i.e. holding up the production of Purple Rain/ the 2nd V6 album)... Unfortunately, I remember seeing a pic of Vanity & Adam Ant together, but I forgot to save it. That was a while ago, and I haven't been able to find it again since. Looking at the pics again. I'm reminded of her relationship with Niki Sixx. Does NE1 remeber that bad break up? I seem to recall the tabloids reporting that he sent her a message to pack up her shit and get out of his house or something crude like that. They were engaged at one point. That pic with Brenda and Appollonia Im sure was from the Grammys. Appollonia's dress was on that oldfart dude's Worst Dressed. I think at her prime Vanity was the sexiest of all of Prince's "women". Jill Jones was fine, as was Susan but Vanity takes the top spot.The fact that she was a nymphomaniac party animal kind of adds to the fascination for me. Mayte was cute but I would prefer a weekend in Vegas with '80's Vanity anytime. | |
