The man was/still is an amazing drummer. One of the best R&B drummers of the 80s fo sho.

Hey Ya'll..

Totally agree with you about Bean. In fact I was kind of hoping he would have traded some guitar licks with Jesse during "Black Cat." Then we could have finally seen Morris play those skins like we always here about.

Got a question, maybe one of the insiders can shed some light...I know that Alexander O' Neal was originally slotted to sing for The Time with Morris playing drums, but that he and Prince couldn't come to terms.

Does anyone know then if Prince had any plans for Bean if Alexander O'Neal would have said "yes" and Morris wound up drumming? It sure would have been different anyway...
