Morris Day's "Don't Wait For Me" Off The Color Of Success album. I really diggin' this song for the past few days now. I like the melody he used and the chorus. I never really sat down to listen and hear this song, now I wish I did it sooner. Even though Morris doesn't have the best voice in the world but it's alright in this song. I just wondered what yall thought about it. Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

i cherish this album from Morris..nearly every cut is slammin'!
about his voice, i mean it plays well with his persona, slickness and intoxicating. "Dead in the middle of Little Italy little did we know
that we riddled some middleman who didn't do diddily"--BP

I was never a fan of the Time or Morris Day but around a year ago on a Prince
radio show, I heard this song for the first time... and I liked it so much. But it's quite sad too.

if he woulda got jesse for the guitar solo.....
would he have said "cut her, jesse!!!" ????? a definite highlight of the album. i do believe it was roland bautista (who replaced al mckay in earth, wind & fire) on the guitar solo!!!!! sidenote: do y'all realize that morris' association w/freeze (the bass player in "morris day & the time") goes back to this lp/cd?????
