yeah, Sheena Easton is/was not a Prince-protegee. She was already a Grammy award winning singer who had sold millions of records prior to hooking up with Prince. The first project they worked on together was "Sugar Walls" which appeared on Sheena's fifth album - A PRIVATE HEAVEN on EMI Records (not Paisley Park or Warner Bros Records) in the fall of 1984. Those were the days when a lot of major artists released albums every year. |
