Everytime I see him look at her at a concert etc like coachella i think theres a special connection there. I think shes one of his best friends and maybe theyve missed out on a life together, its sad really.

The only reason I believe in it is because I've heard Pete Escovedo talk about them being engaged. Pete always seemed like he didn't play the game, like when he would talk about Prince's involvement on The Glamorous Life when everyone else was pretending that she wrote and produced all the songs herself. It just seems to me that he wouldn't be going along with a charade 20 years after the fact, but that's just my opinion.

Prince and Sheila were both an item and engaged back n the days. The reason she called it off was she was being haunted by her past and she needed 2 find herself and God. Remember they were both young at the time. However, they have always had a connection. They r best af friends and if they find thier way back 2 being lovers thats great 2. I wish the best 4 them both that life has 2 offer them. Sheila has always said that Prince is the only 1 that treated her rightous, and never took her 4 granted. He respected her 4 a woman, not a sex symbol. Thats alot 2 say compared 2 some guys out there 2 day.

To sit and say Prince was faithful with Sheila(or any woman for that matter), I dont believe that for one hot second concidering he cheated on his past girfriends and given his past record of cheating. In a way he did treat her as a sex symbol, He molded her into a female Prince sort to speak(look at her Romance 1600 album cover close resemlance to Princes wardrobe at the time and the hairstyles as well).
