Me too. Cat could dance, and was very good at it.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

The main thing I don't like about the Twinz is that they look so artificial. Take away their make up and hairstyles, what's left? Give me some naturally beautiful girls.

As for their dancing, it's quite athletic, as someone here mentioned, I would even say a little aggressive/masculine. I would rather have more gracious/sensual/feminine moves & style.

they are in entertainment, they have to wear makeup and get their hair done, natural beauty my @$$, beauty is in the eye of the beholder

I been around alot of dancers in my life and I can say they dont seem to have major attitudes or are negative or gossipy like many professional dancers are, I'm sure Prince worked with them for so long because at the end of the day they are good people. I'm sure there are many people Prince have worked with that some people feel arent the most talented but being a good person and easy to work with means alot more than being "the most talented". The best can mold you into being better.

Well it's an opinion, but I don't agree...

I didn't mean to say that naturally beautiful girls wouldn't have to wear make-up. Of course they would have to, everybody on a stage/under the lights has. But make-up would be adding something to their beauty, enhancing it. For the Twinz it seems make-up and all the other fashion artifices is all they have to make them look attractive.

And on the 'being nice'/a 'good person' front: as an audience, I don't care how 'nice' they are backstage. They can gossip and say mean things all they want in their off-stage life, as long as they deliver an amazing [read talented] performance, as a member of the audience that's perfect for me, and in fact the way it should be.

The ups and downs of the Twinz' temperaments and lifestyles is something for their employer to deal with, not me.

I want my professionals to be 'good' - that is, skilled in their field. I don't care about their personalities and individual little quirks, just like I expect my family doctor to be accurate in his diagnosis and don't mind if he isn't 'nice' with me [doesn't chat, tell jokes, etc. - that's not what I'm paying him for].

Some of the top talents/best artists and professionals of our times have been known to have execrable characters - among artists especially I think.
Who knows, maybe there's a link!..

Real talent imo is a becoming an endangered species these days, and we are increasingly being fed a poor replacement - flashy shows, and the artists' 'nice' personalities and 'cool' lifestyles [instead of their skills].

I'll stop here this depressing post before I go and drown myself:)
