Rhonda S, Candy D, Renato N and John B? Why did some members of the Prince bands have their surnames converted to initials (Sheila E, Kirky J, Michael B, Sonny T etc) while others at the same time remained names (Tommy Barbarella, Eric Leads). Are we going to see Rhonda S, Candy D, Renato N soon? I think I have already caught a glimpse of a Johnny B?

WTF is up with this? Prince has always done this. Kind of like when there are 2 different kids in class with the same first name. The teacher has to make her job easier. Prince must not be good with last names. Tommy "Barbarella" came from the campy Jane Fonda flick. Carmen "Electra" came from The Ladder. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
