Yeah, I saw that a while ago. I was gonna post it, but I didn't know if I could. If you watch the entire thing, you can see why it was short-lived. It's still cool to see.
But it could've sworn Morris was in a sitcom, where he played a hair dresser. If someone remembers it,let me know. JERKIN' EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!!!!

I don't remember this one. I remember the one where he worked in a salon with Sheryl Lee Ralph. Damn, that means he had two sitcoms.

Even after thorough research, I've never known Morris to co-star in a short lived NBC sitcom
I love this man, he's the only reason I even give Baisden After Dark the time of Day http://www.last.fm/user/somebodyunot

I wonder if Morris' contract included residuals?

And it's that white guy from 227 who seems to only be in black sitcoms! Damn, though, Morris had real acting chops.... even with that cheesy material... (which btw is actually better than the crap on today). It's a damn shame Morris never got to really shine in acting roles. He had true comedic timing and presence. Maybe he could still pursue an acting career??

After 'Purple Rain',many people were saying that Morris could become the next Richard Pryor. It's a shame his acting career didn't take off the way it should have. The guy could really act.

How long was this show on the air? I'm surprised they never had Vanity as a guest star-wasn't she good friends with Morris Day? This was during the time when she started guest-starring on different shows. Anyway, I can't say I'm surprised this show didn't make it...

Mannn...
I think it would've been so cool to be part of the studio audience & go "Weooooo...!!!" every time Morris showed up in a flashy outfit. I mean... the stories I could tell.....

Didn't this show only consist of one pilot episode, and never got picked up? If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

and judging by the acting, I know why this one and NEW ATTITUDE went over like lead balloons.

Didn't morris also have a brief lived pilot on an abc sitcom that
featured him working in a hair salon before this pilot? Somebody help me out. Don't laugh at my funk
