so here is my take....

1) Who is Chelsea Rodgers?

I think Chelsea is the daughter of Nile Rodgers of Chic. I think the song "Chelsea Rodgers" in a way pays homage to Nile/Chic with its 70s feel. possibly?

2) What is her association with Prince?

Could be more than one thing but right off the top I think its some type of fashion/design association as many of you have suggested since the CR/symbol logo has appeared on the inside of Prince's clothing merchandise at recent shows. I wouldnt be surprised if she designed them. I think Chelsea is a model turned fashion designer. maybe?

3) Whats going to happen on 10.28.07?

I think Prince is going to be officially dropping the Chelsea Rodgers single and the Williamson fashion show will serve as the official video for this single. hmmm?

I could be wrong but thats just my guess!
