COME ON Get true knowledge then fame and wealth...so she's not yet into spiritual things but he's encouraging her? That's another contradiction. Oh boy! I'm confused now. Make a promise to your higher self...don't chase nobody's ghost...still makes me think (if it was literal ghosts) that she isn't a JW. If ghost means the past...to live in the present rather than the past...then is this about him encouraging her to become a JW so he can marry her? [Edited 10/22/07 1:44am] I latched on to the whole Moses was a Pharaoh thing cause that's not something taught in a normal religious setting, okay maybe in a JW setting I wouldn't know, seems to tie in to something from The Rainbow Children that was debated about, I don't remember if there were any final conclusions from back then. Isn't Jimi's Ghost some kind of a band or type of music? I don't know I got that from somewhere but not enough info to really say. | |

i agree that CR is one of the more intriguing songs (lyrically) on PE. props to P for 'coining' 21st Century hippie. i still wear tie-dyes (remnants from my Austin TX residency!). i'm excited at the prospect of P launching a fashion line. he's got Design chops far & above EVERY SINGLE other celeb fashion line i can think of, except maybe Gwen Stefani. in any case, P has been originating fashions for years. some perspective thought: he's supposedly going into sabbatical & retirement for a while, right? well, this project could be a great way to keep his creativity & income up behind the scenes. i think we all agree that we want the Vault to become a priority for P before he leaves this earth. somehow, i think that's some of what he plans to do these days musically. | |
