I'm not gonna buy the album, but I repeat, Madonna's lyrics in recent years are probably the worst I've ever heard. Far worse than the Pretty Mess lyrics you're quoting. Those lyrics at least have some humour to them.

Musically,"Mechanical Emotion" is the best song on her album It's got the classic mid-80s Minneapolis Sound that the other tracks are lacking.Plus,Morris Day on the chorus is a nice touch.
