 I think he's trying to imply that maybe Sheila was under the influence of something when she recorded the hilarious part at the end of "Toy Box"?

I liked it. It's kind of like Sheila has her own "Morris Day"/"Jamie Starr" persona, the way Prince does (e.g. Prince's character on Tricky, Cloreen Baconskin, etc.).  |
