I really liked Rock or Roll as soon as I heard it. I don't know, it sounds VERY Princely to me. If that's not him singing with her, she is doing a FANTASTIC job of sounding like her brother. She's has the Prince vocal inflections down pat.

sooo ummm yeah I went thinking it was fake but it seems pretty real since it does have her music and pics...kinda iffy on whether or not i like her musical material that is supposed to come out soon which will be gospel music. However as I was listening it seemed like Prince may have had a hand in production possibly and it strangely sounded like he was singing in the background or something ...i heard they had some problems in the past so if he did help out it would be great to know they have patched things up...any orgers got any further info about this project

Then you finally realize that it's not Prince, it just her. actually she's not trying 2 sound like him at all, just so happens they have both - same parents. and by the way they are the only 2 out of the children who do, so that says what....perhaps they would sound alike a bit naturally, not to say that means u would, but just so happens they do. u have 2 know them personally, as they really do sound a bit and act a bit alike...

I really don't think she is trying to sound like Prince but is having fun with the fact that by sounding like herself some may think that it's Prince. Tyka obviously has a wide vocal range and several different voices like an expensive keyboard. "Save the World" and Rock Roll wit cho" are dangerously great songs
and need to be heard and supported. Tyka's talents can make a lot of todays artist think twice. | |

The song "Save the World" almost sounds like a duet with Tyka and Prince. They both use that raspy falsetto at times and she transitions to her natural voice so effortlessly from it. That is why I think she isn't trying to sound like Prince. Of course her mega-star older brother would be an influence. | |
