Carmen Electra Had An Album?!


This is news to me, but apparently Carmen Electra put out a music album back in 1993. The album featured such song titles as "Go-Go Dancer" and "Go On (Witcha Bad Self)." Sounds like a winner.

Well, Carmen said she's going to give music another go. For what purpose I'm not sure. At a party for Diesel last weekend Carmen slipped the DJ one of her new songs where witnesses say it didn't suck. Yes, because they were probably bombed on free booze.

Nowadays just about everyone and anyone wants to put out an album. Just because you're semi-hot and have big tits doesn't mean you're built for music. Stick to what you know. I like Carmen, but if it didn't work the first time...chances are it's not going to work the second.

When she guest starred in Diagnosis Murder she played a singer, and one of her songs featured in that episode. It sounded pretty good to me.

saw her as Princes support act on the Diamonds & Pearls tour and loved it (got the CD too).

I used to own Carmen Electra's debut CD. I bought it when it first came out. I have since sold it. I only liked "Go-Go Dancer" and one other track.

There is an embarrassing promo for Carmen Electra's then-upcoming album at the end of the "home video" version of Prince's "Sexy MF" video. It boldly proclaimes that "She is our future" or some garbage along with some quick shots of Carmen sliding up and down a stripper pole, probably from the "Go-Go Dancer" video. At the time, my friend and I laughed so hard we almost pissed our pants.

I love her album...it's a paisley park camp fest. !

I haven't heard her album or anything, but I read that she provides the female vocals towards the end of The Continental , I think its more speaking than singing though. But they're still ok, makes me intrigued to hear her album.

I have Carmen's first CD and it is dreadful On most songs,she tries to rap and fails miserably...

The only song that works is "Fantasia Erotica",a cool dance track.It was a mistake for them to market her as a female rapper.They should have just did a simple dance album.No,she can't sing either,but I think she sings better than she raps

Damn... leave Carmen alone. Girl can rap and she's the one that put the Pussycat Dolls together ANYWAY. She has the mind of a music exec and it ain't her fault that Prince f'ed up her chance at being big.
