so what's the general view of orgers on this guy.I thought he was OK at first, and to be honest the last time i saw Prince (Brixton 98 ) he (Larry) was on fire.The crowd seemed to love him.

I can see there's a few on here that would prefer him not to be around, so what's that all about? Do people blame Larry for turning Princes head Religion wise? I'd like to think Prince makes his own decisions when it comes to that!

or is it for some other reason, maybe a perceived downturn in the quality of Prince's music?

I think is a very good bass player!

I personally think that he is a great bass player and person. Prince has always made decisions for himself, and I'm happy for him, because he seems to have a true friend in Larry, which are rare to come by nowadays.

I think Larry is a great bass player and a cool person. I spoke to him in Atlantic City and he was a friendly guy. I think he's a good influence and good friend to Prince.

I don't like him or his mama! He irritates me 2 death! I think he's weird n I think his wife is a bit strange...I'm so over him,they were all over the place @ the Celebration this summer...Oh how I wish he would just go away!

If I say something hurtful it's because I am venting don't take it to heart. I get mad but it doesn't stay with me except well if you see my nose all wrinkled up and stuff. I get so mad at Prince Phew that Man infuriates me with his actions sometimes I just wanna Scream ! I'll never Understand his Laissez-Faire Attitude. He should Care a little more about peoples Feelings. He is too Professional and Cold about things.

GOD knows how many times Prince has been quoted to say he dosnt follow a religion. He's been singing about GOD now for more than 20 years so I find the line about "Prince recently found religion" as being more than just a little old.

I cant fault Larry. I know he's had an affect on Prince and I think he's helped him grow a little.

I was there at Brixton (London) in `98. I thought it was pretty cool when Larry played in the audience.
