...sound "Princely" to me, the song overall sounds nothing like much else churned out by Paisley Park. It does, on the other hand, sound a bit like Taja's later stuff. I also know that she did still perform this song in recent years while conspicuously ignoring more obviously purple stuff like "Wouldn't You Love to Love Me?"

I'd wager they earnestly cowrote it.

She came to my school over a year ago to promote Urban Farming. I tried to go to one of their events but missed it. She is a very charming individual. I approached her about singing with Prince cuz I was the only one in the audience who knew about her singing past. She was flattered and hugged me.
