which one is a better album in your opinion? be honest now. I'm asking the question here because both were produced by members of 'the time'

As much as I like Jody's first solo record I've got to give the nod to Control. It's Janet's Thiller IMO.

"Control I do what I wanna do {I'm in} control" I love this album! Never heard Jodey Watley's so I'm not comparing, just saying how Bad the control album is.

jody, i prefer

jody was sexy as hell to me back then. but as a cohesive album, its control.
i only listen to Still a Thrill and Some Kind of Lover from jody's album

it used to be a hard pick but now i break it down like this....for variety and history i'll favor control, because i always thought jimmy and terry finally found their groove on that album and told the world that the funk didn't stop at "what time is it". now for stripped down funk i go with Jody 'cause her cool and Andre's musicianship were a perfect fit...
