Advice needed

Hi all

I was just wondering if people could recommanded some songs/albums/related artist to Prince that I might like.
I currently only have Shelia E's album and there are so many related artists I really don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance

I recommand you pick up some Jesse Johnson music. He has four albums:"Jesse Johnson's Revue" "Shockadelica" "Every Shade Of Love" and "Bare My Naked Soul". My two favorites are "Shockadelica" and "Bare My Naked Soul". biggrin

First, you have to get all of The Time's album (They only have 4 album and all of them are great). All of those were released in 1981, 1982, 1984, and 1990. Go get Sheila E's 'The Glamorous Life' (1984), and the selftitled (1987) album. They check out Vanity 6 (1982), The Family (1985), Mazarati (1985), and Jill Jones (1987) selftitled albums. Go Check out The N.P.G.'s second album 'Exodus' (1995). Of couse, if you want some stuff that's affiliated with Prince and the "Uptown" sound? Go get 'Greatest Hits' and 'The Best of Alexander O'Neal', the 'Ultimate Collection' of Jesse Johnson, the debut and second albums of Wendy and Lisa, and Andre Cymone's A.C. album.
