Which one was hotter and which one was better out of the two, talent wise?
I say Mayte, because she was so SMOKIN 'N HOT !!! and she still is to this day,
the years have been kind to her unlike Cat or anyother of Prince's female associates for that matter.

Cat~she was and still is hot and she would wipe the floor with Mayte in a dance battle.

Cat was definitely a better dancer,but Mayte' was better looking.

Mayte, although I LOVE Cat and I think she had great energy and was jammin', Mayte was a more polished dancer and more technically sound. Every time I see Cat spin around with flat, flexed feet instead of pointing her damn toes, it drives me crazy. Mayte can move but still display her dance training.

Cat was the best dancer I've seen Prince with but Mayte was lovely and I respected her for being his wife but she always sounded like and airhead when she talked, I guess that's why Prince didn't let her speak much, she was so young

Cat obviously. She added a whole other dimension to Prince's show whereas Mayte was just there. She also had the great virtue of originality. Mayte was just generic. I think it's significant that Cat came to Prince's attention through her dancing whereas Mayte caught his eye with her other attributes

in theory, i like Cat better. but whenever i see her dancing along with Prince or his music, it looks corny as fuck.

so, I guess Mayte. she fit the vibe of the era of music she was dancing to better, i guess.

god knows, it wasn't that Geneva chick, doing her "little kicks" (Elaine from Seinfeld) and rubber arms hitch-hiking dance.
