Anyone got the link to NONA GAYE saying Prince mentally abused her? She said it was three years of mind games.
How can he treat women like this? Not letting mayte eat meat or ring him, threatening sinead, cheating on sussana and every other gf. | |

Ive never heard her say that.I heard that he never ended the relationship w/ her but she found out thru the newspapers that he had married Mayte so that was the end of it,he also made a comment on Oprah about his past girlfriends know they cant call the house anymore...that seemed directed at her.I said all this in a previous thread.I would call that mental abuse but people do it all the time and I dont think thats what u meant and I dont think shes ever said that. It was an issue of Ebony magazine. the article was about daughters of famous singers... Natalie Cole was also part of the interview... I think Lalah Hathaway too. Nona was interviewed because of Marvin Gaye.
She said she was involved with Prince for about 3 years... there was a lot of substance abuse and in the end they never really knew each other. She said that Prince had told friends of her that he was in love with her and was going to marry her and take care of her. But Mayte (another woman he was seeing during this time... along with Carmen Electra) Mayte imo got pregnant so Prince did the right thing and planned to marry her. **this part was speculation** Nona says she found out that Mayte was engaged to Prince by Mayte flashing her engagement ring from the stage at rehersal. yep... I think you are right. and by the time the little girls grow up (get older than 28) and start getting wiser, Prince dumps them because thaey are no longer the same girl he married... no because she has wised up and can see through the lies. Just like a
