What is the statis of Prince and Mani is the divorce final? There have been quite a few sightings for Mani with Eric lately. So what is the scoop? I tell you what for someone like Prince his stuff is alway hush hush. How does that happen? Or does the media not even like dealing with him? You have to admit the man can get a little pissy with the media. You would think the one journalist in MN would have the scoop, since Mani is suppost to still have a home base there.

When was it final? Mani sure stayed low as far as dating went. It must have become final just in the past month or two.

i think it is now safe to say that hte divorce is final cuz i dont see mani being seen in public wiht anyone until it is final. i dont think we will ever know exatly when since they had the file closed or osmething (like it said in the first article when it was announced). even with mayte there was no news about when their divorce was final but we just started seeing them with different people in public.

Now, with separation they are both definitely free to do what they want. I can't imagine any of them wait until it's official before dating either. Do you think Prince is waiting before having sex with another stunning woman?

A couple month ago, there was a thread saying Mani's lawyer sent a Discovery in the state of California. I'm guessing the case is still pending.

when that california thing came out i sent mani a myspace email telling her that i was sorry that he situation was still continuing and i mentioned the california thing. she emailed me back and said thanks for the kind thoughts but that it had nothing to do with the divorce. it was something to do with hers and prince's taxes from when they had the house in california. so i dont know if that really means its still going on.

and i agreew ith u reguarding them waiting or not but i think that becuase of them being JWs they cant date until they are legally divorced. but i am not an expert on that one.

Mani will actually talk about her divorce with people on myspace? You mean there is no contract with Prince about not talking about his, their personall life? Confidentiality contracts are for employees. Maybe Mani had to sign one in the beginning but once married I'm not sure it still applies. I just can't imagine Mani not being able to talk about her own life even if it involves Prince.

Rights shmights...I think that if they choose to sign it knowing what it is, then that's on them. If they sign it and DON'T know what it is then, that's on them too. I think it's kinda crazy to sign something if you don't even know what it is. I also think that money talks and if you are wealthy enough you can get around certain legalities.

I am in no way making fun of you Malbena or talking down to you. I have thought about what point you bring up too, but I have come to the above conclusion. I'm not saying Prince is some kind of jerk forcing people to sign. People can only be treated how they allow themselves to be treated. My thoughts....

If it is proven that I disclosed the amount, I could be in contempt of court and forced to return the settlement for breach of contract.

That is how Prince and other celebs keeps ex's from spilling the beans about private lives.
If Mani and Mayte want to keep their money, they will keep their silence.
It is that simple.

I'm not sure they ARE finally divorced yet, but I don't think she is gonna keep quiet for long, If Prince has any secrets she'll tell them soon!
