I actually met Sheila E. today working out at 24fitness and she still looks great. She's petite and has long hair(she had on a blue bandana). Sure she's probably in her late 40's but she still looks good =)
She told me her, Prince and The Family just got back from Europe and are working on new albums.

My sister in law has crow feet wrinkles and she is 7 years younger than me... she has had them since she was 30 and I was 37. It is the melanin in the skin that gives protection against UV rays for the entire lifetime. UV rays causes skin damage and premature wrinkling.

I've seen Sheila up close and personal and trust me she didn't have any work done. She doesn't have any body fat for the skin to sag at her age, remember, fatty deposits causes the skin to stretch prematurely. Both her and Prince are lean meat creatures and i don't think neither one wants to disfigure their faces at such a young age.. unless they want to become plastic and leather like Michael jackson ... Sheila does drink a pitch of ginger, beets, carrots daily which constantly renew cells in the body and 75 gallons of water per drum beat !!!!! and then going crazy trying to find the "loo"

Apollonia's plastic, Sheilas hot as hell, lisas ok... Wendy and Susannah, well, I always think the only difference is you can tell Susannah's the one who's been using eye cream for years!

And Prince, well, you can see the cement on his face when the light hits it a certain way. Thats always been him. Aint none of us seen him without his face on.

But none of them have aged badly - theyre in their late 40s - give them some credit. You're not going to look 22 forever you know

I will still say she's had her eyes done. I know ppl who've had a minor work done and you can't tell either so that doesn't mean anything.

I didn't say she had a face lift. She just looks "refreshed" around the eyes to me.

I think she looks great.

Well it might not be 75 gallons of water but I did see her at the Miami concert going thru 4 bottles of Poland sping water 1 pint =.5 liters =0.9 oz in a 1 hour show so if U multiply that x 24 hours = few gallons.. then of course she made a quick escape to go to the loo .. no wonder she is sooo skinny . I still don't believe she had some work done she is too young for it. I was sharing the table with her, Lynn , Pete and Juan so i was able to do a "cross examination" from the medical point of view . Pete himself looks sooo damm good barely any wrinkles... Its the genes..!!!!
