I heard that Prince simply became "bored" with the group.It also seems that,after Vanity left,they weren't even a real group anymore.Prince just kept them together for the movie.

I remember reading that Apollonia wasn't really interested in touring. That she saw it as a movie role... and made comment like "can you imagine actually going around the country in lingerie?" etc.

It's too bad. it would've been fun to have them open on the PR tour. THey did join for some dates I guess cuz they are in the P & The Revolution Live video from Syracuse for the Baby I'm A Star Encore.
