Man i thought i was the only one that liked Blue Limousine.....Now that was a funky song, i heard that there is a long version never heard it if its true. I thought that Apollonia 6 was a great piece of FUNK.....We all know that they were'nt EnVogue but hey they did the thing and i am a FAN! | |

"Blue Limousine" is the best song on the Apollonia 6 album  I was shocked when I first heard it....Brenda sounds absolutely amazing! On this song,she really proved that she could sing.I also like the fun lyrics:
it's 7:32...where can my baby be? I must be a fool to let somebody do this to me I can't stop him,wherever he parks his car is alright but he'll be parking with a dent in the side if he stands me up tonight  shame on Prince/Warners for not making this song the hit it deserved to be! | |

Yeah,I also recall seeing the 45 of "Blue Limousine" in a record store,in late 1984.But I never heard it on our radio stations.The song received zero promotion.No video,no airplay,no support whatsoever.It's a shame because it's the best track on their album. . [Edited 2/22/07 0:03am] | |
