Mani is indeed at the end of the 'Come On' video.

The impression is that she is a member of the public, at least that's what I thought at the time, but watching it recently you could see without a doubt that it was definitely Mani.

Mani is also thanked by Prince in the 'NPS' liner notes.

Whatever, the scene in the 'Come On' video is very funny. They filmed it in London in '98.
