What happened to Tamar's Album? Been lost for a while and was just wondering if anyone knew why this records got shelved or what exactly happened? | |

It appears that Tamar is most definately out of the picture now, at least where Prince is concerned.

Yes, the album appears to have been cancelled, why exactly no one knows, but Tamar does seem to have left Prince's camp, we don't know whether it was amicable or not. I was reading on Housequake
http://www.housequake.com...amar%20gig that she recently performed with some guy called Bill Bellamy, she only performed 3 songs, 2 of them were from the projected album and you would assume Prince had a hand in co-writing them, so I guess she is allowed to still sing them but who knows if she would be allowed to put them on a released record now unless Prince agreed? I just hope Redheaded Stepchild gets a release someday! | |
