Ladygirl, I have no idea why your post is so combative and littered with negativity. If you reread and are able to comprehend my statement I said I sincerely hope that people were not feeding into rumors. I did NOT accuse anyone of spreading rumors. I asked for evidence of these purported facts. Your Miss Thang comment was completely out of line. Also, a more grammatically correct sentence would have been "I saw the episode of Aresenio Hall..." To the rest of you, thank you for responding to my post. It was sincere and not meant with malice. Well how much more evidence did you need? I already gave it by mentioned the Arsenio Hall episode and also it said in Possessed that he and Sheila were engaged during Lovesexy era! I gave you clearcut factual information yet you still questioned it! Thanks to you all that got my back and I HOPE that you finally realized that Prince and Sheila were engaged. I wasn't trying to play an English teacher. I am actually an English professor. Also, that the Internet is littered with grammatical errors does not negate the fact that they are errors nonetheless.
