There is no picture of her on the 3121 site !!!!! and no reference in anything I read about vegas shows.....

I think that when 3121 was released, the potential of both albums was simultaneously high . . . but I think that when he lost interest in 3121, he lost interest in Tamar's CD too.

I also think that her publicity overshadowed Prince's during that period - he might not have liked that.

I've posted this before and I'll go out on the line by posting it again. Once Prince is done for whatever reason you will never hear another official word about that artist again. He cuts his ties and losses and never looks back, I predict you will never hear Princes camp talk about her period. I maybe wrong but I don't think so.

It was amazing how things changed onstage between them between the time I saw them in Minneapolis (Feb. 25) and Las Vegas (May 28). She was a ball of fire at that February show. By the end of May, she was just kind of going through the motions. In fact, I remarked to people at that show that there was something wrong -- that she just didn't have the same spark she'd had earlier. They told me I was nuts. (Is it a coincidence that Manuela filed for divorce four days earlier? Only the woman knows...)

She performed on GMA in June -- but not at Butter. And by the time the club shut down, she was out of the picture entirely.

Surely, you jest! Her publicity was HIS publicity! Nobody cared about her for any reason other than the fact that HE did and he was putting her name out there! As harsh as that may be, it is the truth.

I wish her well and hopefully she'll still do whatever it is that she's trying to accomplish, but to insinuate that Prince was jealous of her publicity is just utter nonsense!

She added to Prince's career about as much as this Vegas thing will - i.e. nothing.

Maybe she back talked him or something? He hates it when women do that.

I actually liked her,but if Prince is no longer interested,then oh well,I guess I'm not either!
