Yes, Cynthia Johnson is the gossip journalist that ALWAYS attacks Prince whenever she can. "it's in the dictionary, see(C) J-Billy Jack Bitch" as well as the rest of the song is about her.

CJ gets paid to gossip about a bunch of mpls folks...but for some reason folks around here get bent of of shape over it.
