I have decided that i should start my own thread. People are jumping on the fact that some guy has posted a thread with a pic of cat from 2002 at his house. Then there's all the debate about who's kid is it etc posting his picture up aswell as pictures of her kids which ain't good in my opinion. Do any of you guy's think she needs that after all these years of silence. Unless of course she comes on and says otherwise. Leave the poor woman alone. You can all have a pop at me if you want i couldn't care less, but maybe theres a reason why cat wants to stay out of the loop. Unless she comes on here and is happy to talk let it be. Does she even know that theres is a pic of her up let alone one of her kids...I just think that things are getting a little out of hand.

about the kid pics,

ive asked the mods to take the pic down...hopefully as soon as one of the "associated artist" forum mods logs that thread will be cleaned up.

i'm feeling guilty as well.

I saw the pics when they were posted I still am not convinced that it's even her...not that I am expecting her to look the way she did 18 years ago.

thanks for the replies guy's. I too when i saw the pic was like wow cat, but i always thought that she wanted to be left alone. People it seems just got carried away. I notice the guy who originally started that thread hasn't dared reply back as yet. He just did it to get a rise out of people i think. Anyway i am glad that some people agree with me. thanks!!

I was speculating about the boy and looking at the pics but I don't feel bad! I didn't say anything mean, nasty or untrue about Cat or her beautiful children! That dude had a family web page, with "family" pics up..there ain't nutting wrong with that! Should he have come here with it? probably not. but Cat ain't no dummy! she knows who she is and IF she were THAT concerned with it I'm sure she'd have spoke to him about pics of her and her children that they obviously posed for! It's not like he peeped out from around a fence an snapped pics with out her consent. Geesh! if anyone should be feeling bad it should be the originator of that thread.

But Cat being a celebrity or former celebrity I'm sure knows, that when you smile for the camera, it's whom ever owns that camera who also owns that film.

I do not regret those pictures being posted. I have been a member on this site for a couple of years now and lord knows every few minutes someone is starting a new thread regarding Cat Glover. After all of these years someone FINALLY posts a somewhat current picture of her and everyone now want to change their tunes and say "just leave cat alone". There isn't a single person that has been associated with Prince that hasn't been asked about on this board at one time or another.

When someone has been in a position like Cat Glover has been, it is only natural people are going to be curious about your life, particularly if you haven't been seen in many many years.

Regarding the kids, though I can say I do understand the concern, I think so many people here being so outraged that a couple of pictures of these kids have been posted, is blowing my mind a little bit. Most people that visit this site are adults, and though I've encountered some strange adults in my life, I don't think this is going to turn into a situation where those kids will now be harrassed for the remainder of their lives. I'm sure some may be able to post statistics or facts about the dangers of celebrity kids being known in the public but I just don't think that is the case here.

I may be totally naive and off the mark here but I just think the outrage and level of concern people are having over someone posting that picture of Cat and those kids (if they are even her kids), is being over-played. Now Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, and Brad Pitt and Angelina's babies, yeah I can really understand the concern there, but not in this particular case with Cat. I just don't think it's that crucial.

By the way, I think the whole paternal lawsuit thing is hoggwash.

You might think it's a harmless thing and it may well be, but posting pictures of minors who aren't yours and on a public forum is like a violation of "netiquette." Here, you have no idea who's reading these threads and there are a lot of crazy people out there. Just because Cat isn't in the limelight right now, they are still showing Sign of the Times on cable regularly so there could be a sick jerk out there who's all ready to start piecing together where she could be and start stalking her or her kids. If the chick from friggin' Abba can get stalked (and they haven't had a hit in years), then it's quite possible. There could be a member of the press here who could take those photos and publish them here or overseas and do a "What's Cat doing now" piece. Might sound farfetched, but definitely possible.

It's just better safe than sorry. Now if Cat wants to come here and speak for herself and post pictures of herself and her kids, then that's her choice and she alone takes the responsibility for that. I'm not famous, but I wouldn't want my friend posting my photos and photos of my kids here in a public forum.

I think what is causing the issue is that obviously cat wants to be left out of the whole prince loop and this guy has i would say back stabbed her a bit hoping he would look good on this Prince site.

What is that guy's connection to Cat? Is she a family friend? A relative? She was over his house making martinis

You know. I looked at my website again and I am apalled at how people are. Firstly, when you open up the page, you see a pic of me and my husband. It says this is our family. There is no pic of Cat's alleged son. My husband and I have 11 children all together and most of the pics are of our children with the exception of the one of Cat and my friend Brit, with the dreds. I have had this online photo album for years because pictures kept getting lost or damaged and I wanted to have memories of my children and of our lives to print out whenever I wanted. Cat and I were close, and she helped me upload the pics. SHe knew that they were on my family photo web page. All the boys on the site are my kids, anyway. I just did not want to start a big thing since I was just asking a question. I never expected for it to get out of hand. Anyway, I dont need permission to post pictures of my family on my family paid website. I did not do this out of harm at all. I have learned my lesson. I never thought anything negative would come out of this and if I have offended anyone, I apologize. That was not my intention.

I really wasn't trying to bash you, but it came off like you were posting this of your own accord and Cat didn't know anything about it. Perhaps I should have worded my post differently. If she knows about it and she's cool with it, then okay - that's between you and her.

But I really want you to think about what you're doing. I just don't have much trust when it comes to public forums. I don't put pictures of my family up on the web and when I have, they have been in private forums where I knew all the members. Anybody could be on here and there are some sick people out there. Even on a private forum you just don't know what you're going to get. Over the past four years we've had at least three women make up fictional lives, have stolen kids' pictures off the Internet and have tried to pass these kids off as their own - had a hell of a fantasy going on. One lady was the owner of her own forum! Comes to find out she didn't even have kids and it took one member to see a photo of the kids she used belonging to another lady.

Most of the people here are pretty cool, but what about those who just come here hang out and never say anything and just hang in the background.

I love Cat and I thought the SOTT and Lovesexy period was among Prince's best work. It would be great for her to come here and share her experiences with everyone.
