Blackwell in town for VMAs

tinetime	Blackwell in town for VMAs Got a call from my drum teacher who works at Sam Ash in NYC Times Square. He called to tell me that John Blackwell came into the store today and that he's in town to play the VMAs. I'm assuming he's backing Justin Timberlake. Thought everyone who's a fan of his would like to know.

woogiebear	Get dat "Timberlake $$$$"!!!! Justin can find some badass drummers!!!! He once had Philip "Fish" Fisher formerly of Fishbone, who now plays for Wicked Wisdom (Jada Pnkett-Smith's rock band). I'll watch JUST to see Blackwell!!!!!
