I called Best Buy to find out if Tamar's cd was released today. The guy I spoke with said it was released but none of the stores in my area had the cd and that it had to be ordered through bestbuy.com.

If you order it now, you would get around the 3rd week in September.

I guess Universal didn't want to spend money shipping the cd all across the country, so they opted to ship the cd per individual order.

dont uncross your fingers yet. the musicology music book was also "backordered" for 18 months! LOL, I ordered it back in 2004, and it FINALLY shipped last month!

Hitting the mall tonight for other stuff....will check out the local record stores and see if its there....
