Ladies and Gentelmen and this is the reason why people bag on Crappplonia so much. At least Vanity had stage presence and personality even if she couldn't sing. Crapples had none of that. And yes sometimes big boobs aren't enough...

Imagine what Miss Mathews could've done with Sex Shooter? It might have been a hit on the level of Nasty Girl.... although it wouldn't hvae the unintended camp quality that Apples' brought to it (in a "Showgirls" kind of way!)

I agree with all of you~Apples was just a fill in...see Vanity knew her vocal capabilites and didnt try 2 push them 2 far or do things with her voice she knew would make her look foolish so she made her stage talent work for her...now Apples God bless her soul,she just tried 2 hard and I really think she thought she could sing dont think Ima hater cuz I love Apples...when it comes 2 acting

I think people like Vanity more than Apples because she is more authentic and deep. Nothing wrong with Apples I do love her, she is beautiful and sweet but seems kinda superfical and "perfect" and Vanity seems like she had more depth and real sensuality to her, also a little vulnrability to her.

Didn't Prince write the "Glamourous Life" about a woman kinda like Apples. And didn't he write "Electric Intercourse" and "Wonderful Ass" about Vanity? See that just shows you what kind of women they were if they can prevoke that kind of response in such a perceptive man.
