He didn't. She's Salma Hayek's friend and Salma chose her. In an interview not too long ago, she states Prince wanted Salma to direct the video for this song and she and Mia are friends, so she chose her, not Prince. | |

Mani would have been a better choice. Her Arabic look and style would have fitted perfectly in the decor and Prince's look. And their mutual attraction would have been real...
