I think the average joe that reads these magazines (esp. the Home and Garden one) aren't going to have any idea who she is married to. Having the last name Nelson isn't going to be a tip off. It's not like Prince goes around using his last name. How many average fans do you think know what his real last name is? We know it because we are interested, but the average person probably won't. So, if she goes by Manuela Testolini or Testolini-Nelson I don't think it makes that much difference. We'll just have to wait until the article comes out and see if it says, "married to pop superstar Prince." If it does, then I think people will have something to gripe about.
