To all, religion is a very delicate matter and everyone has a different idea of what God is and how God feels about certain subjects, especially christianity. When you present yourself as a highly "christian" individual and bible reader, but yet support a subject that many christians feel is taboo within that religion, then you have to be prepared that many will not agree with you. It doesn't mean that they are against you or are seeking to stop you from doing what you do. I don't get that anyone here wants to stop you on your mission to save the world, but be prepared that not all will agree with you. That's all. It isn't worth turning it into a "me against the world thing" like you're being persecuted.

I'm not Christian. I don't believe in the Bible, I am of a whole nother mother, but that's me. I believe truth is a pathless land. I don't seek to go out into the world and criticize people because they don't share my belief nor do I consider my faith a debatable topic. I work side by side with Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, etc. and if you're out there trying to help people, then that's all that matters. I support you on this, Robin.

I frankly don't care what anybody wrote before this and how everybody was Prince fishing, the point is, I felt in my lowly opinion, that this was getting out of control, this thread got way off the subject of Prince and into sexual abuse and pain. I saw a sistah needing some guidance just as a few others did and I wrote what I felt from my heart. Living in this world is not about ass scratching people to sacred oblivion. The friends I have in my space right now are not all these folks giving me warm noogies on the top of the head. They tell me like it is and they kick my ass when I get out of line and I own my shit, because I do get out of line from time to time. This whole Internet thing has gotten sick because everybody wants support and no constructive criticism. The minute someone says something someone doesn't want to hear everyone divides up on sides and draw a field like they're fighting a world war and the person wants to play "I'm so persecuted" game. I don't play that.

This is to anybody in general: You want to save the world, you save yourself first. You can't save a soul if you have personal issues you have not come to terms with because you will FAIL. You will crash face first into the dirt and spit on by the very people you call yourself trying to save. We are here on this planet to learn. We are here for our own soul evolution. Our experiences have happened to us for us to rise above them. If you are still screaming about them from the mountaintops then you have not risen above them. You cannot save people. You can show them the way, but they have to do the work. That's the way it's always been and the way it always will be. You can make a difference though. When you begin to do the work on yourself, when you close your eyes and travel deep within and be able to look at your true face in the mirror that's when it begins. It isn't growing up in the ghetto, it isn't getting sexually abused, it isn't getting evicted. It's nothing on the outside. Hardships isn't it. It's looking at your core self underneath your ego and all the bullshit you project out into the world. And we all have bullshit. When you can say that statement and own it, I mean own it and take responsibility for all that is you, then you have looked in the mirror. That's when you can see yourself as just as you are. Not good, not bad, just AM. When you start crying and making excuses and blaming other people, you have not done the work and the only thing you can save is a beetle from getting crushed.

If you think I'm talking shit or I'm against you or I'm a hater just trying to keep a girl down, then disregard this and keep stepping and do your thing. I'm only planting a seed as was planted in me a long time ago.

I know what Robin is talking about because, as I've stated, I've been there and done that. I know what its like to think your power is in your body and sexuality. I could tell you many, many, many stories about me and my sexual "strength ". I use to have men tell me that my eyes spoke of sex. Don't think I don't understand all of this babble. I get it COMPLETELY. I just realized that my body isn't my power, my mind is. I'm more powerful clothed AND even more sexy. I'm not separate from you and Robin. I'm with you. I'm not even trying to protect her but just saying...wake up sista. This is all looking really insane.

I've yet to see anyone state that women shouldn't feel sexy or be confident in their sexuality. Be sexy! And I'm glad that you've come into your own as far as understanding your sexuality. You're right so many women don't understand it but there is a line and limit to everything.

Its easy to use some aspects of the Word of God and not others but that's definitely another thread AND is something WE ALL DO to justify what choices we make including me. We all need to renew our minds daily and we all need to reevaluate our choices and decisions, daily.

women are taught to believe that the greates value they have is to be loved and valued by a man and bear his children. this creates a competition in women to have "the most" love and attention of men(in what whatever form it takes). becuase men are very visual and follow their dicks around for the greater part of their lives, a woman who runs around naked and flaunts her sexuality is most likely to recieved the most attention ergo, the jealousy, bitchyness et al.
