they who? Letoya Luckett is on Capitol. That was Capitol and Letoya and Tamar is on Universal in a totally different situation so the term they does not apply. With that said, I hope Tamar's album is coming out. It would be a shame for her to go through all that and have her album shelved. If not with Universal hopefully an agreement gets reached to have it distributed another way.
