Why judge her NOW? She's not doing anything different from when she performed with Prince for all of those years. Same skimpy outfits, heavy stage make-up, etc., I was in the audience of a VH-1 taping once watching her perform with her ex-husband when there was a choreographed move that called for her to rip her top off (though she immediately covered herself with her hands and ran off the stage exit). Not exactly "princess"- like behavior, one would think. Why it's suddenly so appalling for her to be a back-up dancer for another rock band is completely beyond me...

Because when she was with prince she was a little younger, and if I recall when they got married all the top ripping off ended. When you end a long term relationship people are supposed to move on not repeat the same mistakes. do you see mani running around ripping her top off no you don't.

Poor Mayte. It's bad enough she had to put up living with Prince (not that she's totally innocent) but to leave and have to make a living for herself is subjected to bashing from his fans. Leave that girl alone. All of us girls are entitled to a couple of "what the hell was I thinking" relationships in a lifetime. Besides, Tommy might be just a good lay/bandaid/teddy bear you get right after a divorce until you find who you really want. And she isn't fat. It's nice to see some women in Hollywood with some meat on her bones.
