there's absolutely nothing new in the world. Even if T was emulating B, B was emulating that other T (Tina Turner) more than a few times. Maybe Tamar was attempting the Mayte booty shake! 
I see the similarities of the dance style, but I don't know how calculated it was. Duggs, can I ask you something? What's the flavor of the Tamar kool-aid you be drinkin' on?  Just teasin'  I AM BEATLOAF

None of the compared dance moves were similar to me. As it has been stated, Beyonce did not create ass shaking. I believe that some people have already made up in their mind that Tamar is copying off of Beyonce because 1)she used to be in Girls Tyme with Beyonce and 2)they think that Prince was motivated by the Grammys performance with Beyonce to create his own Beyonce since he couldn't get the real thing. | |

[Edited 7/22/06 14:52pm] I'll agree with the majority of the other comments. 1) Beyonce didn't create the shake your booty move 2) they both are copying Tina Turner (however in my opinion TayTay does it better and 3) Based on her performance in the Deja Vu video and her appearance on the BET awards Beyonce can barely dance if she isn't popping her ass in the air ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
