Something new I just saw the movie "Something New" directed by Sanaa Hamri who directed alot of Prince's videos and the Live in Las Vegas DVD. She did a really good job and it actually was a good movie. I am just recomending it to people because I thought the movie was very well told and the actors (expecially the main actress) portrayed the characters well. Sanaa Hamri really is talented. I think this is her first film which is even more impressive because you would never guess the movie was shot by a person who never directed a full length feature film before. I am going to check the movie out soon.
The director and the lead actress are both named Sanaa. It's such a beautiful name, so beautiful that I made it my youngest daughter's middle name.  | |

I haven't seen it yet but I heard it was a good movie. Sadly it didn't do well at the box office.
Also speaking of Prince related, Wendy and Lisa had did some fantastic scoring in that movie. | |
