I think they are all beautiful and special in their own way. They all are interesting I think...but I have to say...there has always been something about Vanity. I think most Prince fans feel that way..it sounds like they had a pretty deep bond too.

THIS is the one. I remember when the Rolling Stone issue came out with P and Vanity on the cover. It was a very big deal to me. I had subscribed to the magazine about 2 years before this issue, which was cool. I was surprised to see P on the cover and thought it was hot to see Vanity on there with him. BUT, when I saw this pic of her inside the mag, I flipped. Really, they were a perfect couple, visually. That's what the movie Purple Rain was suppossed to look like. In this pic, they both look like vampires and shit. I've always thought that. Very gothic and P had this image waaay before it became more mainstream.
