Manic Monday still sounds fresh to me. It really a cclassic, wonderful song that brings me a good feeling when ever I hear it...aahhh.

Sugar Walls just has a killer funk beat! I still listen to that especially the long version where you can hear Prince playing the synth bass and lead, it's wild!

It would have made a great Camille song too so I wonder if his version has the sped up Camille persona...? Cool if it did, huh?!

Manic Monday is a song; Sugar Walls is a tune. Try playing both on a piano and tell me which one don't work.

MANIC MONDAY! I had to sing a solo in front of my sight-singing class and when I did this song, I gave my best performance ever. (common chords + 1 octave range = success)
Sugar Walls is damn cool, and even when I was 5 I liked it more than Strut, as far as Sheena's album went; But I have to side with The Bangles on this duel.

You know someone once pointed out to me that the melody to Manic Monday's verse sounds similar to the movement in the verse to 1999. Think about that one...

Both of them are well written songs but that Sugar Walls was the jam back in 84. I remember when I first heard it, I thought it was Apollonia 6's brand new song. I said to myself that is an instant hit. It made the top 10 on the R&B charts as well. One of LIL MAN's best erotically written songs.

Sugar Walls is one of my all-time Prince-produced jams. Prince managed to turn a speaky clean singer (remember that 9 to 5 song?) into a funky vixen. Sheena's vocals are awesome on this track, and Prince's background vocals adds an extra spice to the funk. I give it 20 out of 10!

Sugar Walls is so much better than Manic Monday, I mean MM has the same melody as 1999, so SW is better 2 me as it is unique
