STEVEN PARKE is a self-taught and continually evolving artist. His work has ranged from airbrush, illustration, and set design for music videos to photography. In 1995 he bought his first Mac and began to focus on graphic design. Having spent most of his career in the music industry (with artists as diverse as the Greatful Dead, AC/DC, Bob Dylan, David Bowie and Chaka Khan to his credit) and the last seven years as art director, photographer and one man art department for Prince, he is pleased with his first venture into the world of the graphic novel with the release of "I, Paparazzi" (Vertigo/DC Comics). Steven lives in Baltimore with his wife Kathryn, son Duncan, dog Maggie, and three cats, Miko, Zelda, and Jake.
